“Your body will feel wonderful after a weekend with Linda Lack. Every part of it, hands, hip, head, feet, legs, torso, will have been coaxed into delicious new movements. More importantly, you will feel wonderful in (and about!) your body. How does this happen?
First, Linda has a great deal of enthusiasm for bodies, for where your body is right now. Secondly, she knows exactly how to take your current body, no matter what shape it’s in, and develop its capacity for movement, movement that is graceful, elastic, strong and precise. This does wonders for body image. Her technique begins with the most relaxing and innocuous-seeming movements and ends with women and men up to age 90 doing all manner of headstands. This doesn’t happen in a weekend, but the new freedom of movement you will experience will be just as thrilling.“I LOVE BODIES!” Linda says. Come spend a weekend with her, and you’ll love your body too!” -Maggie Daly
