The Movement Center yoga tradition lives in the lineage of Swami Chetanananda, Swami Rudrananda, and Bhagavan Nityananda of Ganeshpuri.   Our practice combines traditional yoga poses with focused breathing and meditation as the method for releasing tensions, re-creating a healthier body, and connecting to our spiritual potential.  We are committed to making an authentic yoga practice accessible to everyone, and would love to support you in your personal effort.
