Beginners Yoga Workshop

Join me on two consecutive Wednesdays to learn a fun and enlivening yoga practice that will increase your agility, stamina, and vibrancy.
We’ll focus on the essentials of a good yoga practice. First, the yoga poses and some anatomy so you understand the purpose of each pose. Then, the breath! Yoga wouldn’t be yoga without a deep connection to the breath, so I’ll teach you a couple of breathing tools, and you’ll learn how to coordinate your breath with each yoga pose to bring grace and flow into your practice.
Finally, we’ll spend some time each class learning to get centered, taking steps to clear the clutter from our minds and hearts to connect with the source of our strength and clarity. Come as you are! I’d love to meet you and help you get started. Register online here.
