BEGINNER’S YOGA IMMERSIONS
An immersion approach helps you quickly feel the many benefits of yoga. If you’re out of practice and you’d like to review basics, Beginner’s Yoga Immersions will help you ease back into yoga.You’ll learn:

•Principles of safe alignment
•How to free up your breathing
•Yogic breathing techniques
•How to let go of tension and relax
•Basics of meditation
OTHER OPTIONS FOR BEGINNERS
Beginners are welcome in a number of our Continuing Practice classes. Expect to jump in and follow along, picking up the yoga poses over time with your instructor’s guidance.
Healing Yoga is a group class for those with health challenges who require a gentler, self-paced approach.
Personalized instruction through private classes is also available.
