Continuing Practice Classes


Continuing Practice classes assume a familiarity with the basic asana repertoire, awareness of one’s body and breath, and a sense of knowing how to use your body in the poses. You are encouraged to practice at a pace led by your own breath to make the class a deep personal experience.

Classes are either open level (O), gentle (G), moderate (M), or more rigorous (R). Beginners are welcome in open level classes.
