The goal of hatha yoga at The Movement Center is to enable you to experience the part of yourself that is boundless and joyful - a state called Total Well Being. Hatha yoga practice helps you access Total Well Being by focusing your awareness on the breath and energy of each asana (yoga pose) to release tensions and increase the flow of the creative energy that resides within.
