CONTINUING PRACTICE & SPECIALTY CLASSES

Continuing Practice classes do not require a specific level of fitness, strength, or flexibility, but assume a familiarity with the asana repertoire, awareness of one’s body and breath, and a sense of knowing how to use your body in the poses.

You are encouraged to practice at a pace led by your own breath to make the class a deep personal experience. Classes range from gentle to moderate, to more rigorous. Some of our Continuing Practice classes are open to beginners who are fit and have body and breath awareness.
