The healthy, dynamic expression of this energy is a state called Total Well Being. Our goal is to educate you in the basics of hatha yoga so that you have the practical, philosophical, and spiritual basis from which to begin to explore your potential for teaching. If you share these ideals, we invite you to participate! This 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered is organized into three 5-Day Retreats, three 2-Day Intensives, and various opportunities for student teaching. Courses are held mainly within a group setting. Students will be given homework and will be expected to maintain their o wn individual practices independently.
