The practice of yoga is a journey and personal commitment to grow.  I would like to take the opportunity to assist and help your practice grow as well.  I bring 9 years teaching experience with extensive training in both classical, and Vinyasa styles of hatha yoga, and a dance performance and massage therapy background.  My class begins with a centering and breathing exercise to focus on the chakras energy centers).  We then let that focus express itself naturally and outwardly in the poses.

 

I use props and will modify poses to assist and support letting go, and offer hands-on adjustments to encourage proper alignment.  I emphasize building a solid foundation and body awareness for ongoing practice. All levels are welcome in the $5 Community Yoga class, Wednesday 5:45-6:45PM, before the evening meditation. Namaste!
