Integrative Restoration

Integrative Restoration or iRest is a transformative practice based on the ancient yogic practice of yoga nidra. During the guided meditation Savasana, all sensations in your body, breath, emotions and beliefs are to be observed and welcomed without judgment.

As your thoughts grow calmer, and your mind more peaceful, your heart opens and you connect to the total well-being that is always within you – just waiting to be released from the layers of tension.

Integrative Restoration iRest can be practiced by anyone, and can be done lying down or sitting. You’ll find that over time, regular practice of iRest enables you to trust yourself to have the right response to the various situations that arise in your life.

Research has shown iRest effectively reduces depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD and helps heal other tensions and ailments that cause suffering. Read more about Integrative Restoration: iRest.
