Rest and Restore Yoga

In a world where doing is valued far more than being, restorative yoga practices are often overlooked. We invite you to clear some time in your busy life and nourish yourself deeply. The rest of your life and your regular yoga practice will thank you!

 

Rest and Restore Yoga is a simple, empowering practice that teaches you to restore your sense of peace and well-being using your own inner resources.

 

Every class begins with yoga-inspired movements to warm up your body.  Using props such as bolsters and blankets, you’ll be guided through a series of comfortably supported poses and encouraged to use your imagination, visualization, and directed breathing to release areas in your body where you feel tension or dullness. Through this process you will learn to transform tension into wellness – a joyful and uplifting experience.

Teens through adults are welcome.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.
