Family Yoga Workshop

Fuel enthusiasm in your family for a yoga practice together!

Using stories, partner activities, and group yoga activities, we will build our workshop with the guiding principles of the “Yoga Calm” program in mind: Stillness, Listening, Grounding, Strength, and Community.

Although this program is geared toward you and your children ages 5-9, older and younger children are welcome with your supervision.
