Family Yoga

Fuel enthusiasm in your family for a yoga practice together!

We’ll build our family workshop together using stories, fun group and partner yoga activities, music, and more. Although this program is geared toward you and your children ages 5-9, older and younger children are welcome with your supervision.

Sunday, June 3, 1:15-2:15PM

Taught by Nan LeRoy, RYT, and Faye Bria

Please make an offering for this program according to your means.
Please note that The Family Yoga Workshop will not be held during the summer months. Look for it again starting this fall. Happy summer days everyone!

Family Yoga goals include:

  • Supporting your child’s ability to connect with others in positive ways.

  • Increased body awareness

  • Enhanced balance and muscle control.

  • Experiencing the awesome power of the breath for promoting relaxation.
